Clinic location and practical information
We assess and treat a wide range of muscle, joint and tendon problems, including back and neck pain, shoulder, hip and knee pain, sports injuries and rehabilitation after surgery. Treatment is evidence-based and built around your goals, whether that's getting back to sport, work or everyday activities.
Yes, exercise is at the heart of what we do. Research consistently shows that active rehabilitation gives the best long-term results for most muscle and joint problems, so hands-on treatment is combined with a tailored exercise programme you can do at home. The goal is for you to leave confident managing on your own.
Usually not. Most muscle and joint problems can be diagnosed with a thorough clinical assessment, and scans often show changes that are a normal part of ageing rather than the cause of pain. If your physiotherapist thinks imaging or a specialist opinion would help, we'll explain why and advise you on next steps.
