How we help
A home visit includes the same thorough assessment and tailored treatment as a clinic appointment. Seeing you at home also lets us look at how you manage stairs, getting in and out of a chair or bed and moving around safely, and tailor your exercises to the space and equipment you have.
Who home visits suit
People recovering from surgery such as a hip or knee replacement, older adults who want to stay strong and steady on their feet, and anyone who can't easily travel to the clinic.
Cost
Home visits cost from €100, plus €4 per km travelled.
Your plan
We agree goals and milestones with you, leave you with a home exercise programme to follow between visits, and move you on to clinic visits or independent exercise as soon as it's appropriate.
